Your church's history is in a hundred places

The photographs from the last baptism are on the phones of the members who were there. The first service is in a box of prints in the vestry. The choir's trophies are on a shelf, and the title deed is in a drawer only the treasurer can open.

Then a pastor moves on, the founding members grow old, and the stories go with them. The church plans its anniversary, and nobody can find a photograph of the first sanctuary.

Album keeps all of it in one place your church owns, with the years labelled and the people named, backed up every night.

Everything a church album keeps

Leadership over the years

Every pastor, minister and chair of the council, with the years they served. Tap a person to see every photograph they are in.

Photographs and videos

Services, baptisms, weddings, harambees, youth camps and choir days, sorted by occasion, by year and by who is in them.

The timeline

The first service, the new sanctuary, the youth centre. The church's story, year by year.

Awards and press

The certificates, the choir's trophies and what the papers, TV and radio said, kept together.

Stories and tributes

How the church began, told by the people who were there. Ordinations, long service, and the members you remember.

Church documents

The certificate of registration, the title deed and the council minutes, locked away for the owner and the council.

Every occasion, kept properly

Services, baptisms, weddings, harambees, youth camps, choir days and anniversaries. Each one sorted by occasion, by year and by who is in it, at full quality.

Questions people ask before starting

What does it cost?

Do It Yourself is KES 24,999 a year and Done For You KES 39,999 a year, or pay by the month. It covers the album, a new .or.ke, .ke or .co.ke name if you need one, hosting, storage and support. See pricing.

Who can see our album?

Only the people you invite. Every request is checked against that list. The album is never public and never listed by search engines.

Can we see one before we buy?

Yes. Open the demonstration at demochurch.album.ke: Neema Chapel, an invented church, with every senior pastor since 1979, its timeline, awards and press, photographs, stories and sample church documents. Look around as much as you like; it is put back every three hours.

What about photographs of children?

Sunday school and youth camp belong in a church album. The album is private to the people you invite, never public and never listed by search engines. As with any photographs of children, the church should have the consent of parents it needs; our terms say so plainly.

Who can open the church documents?

Only the owner, and the members the owner marks as council. They are locked with their own key, apart from the rest of the album.

Can we use our own colours and logo?

Yes. Add your church logo and choose your colour, and the album carries them on your own domain.

Can we use the domain we already have?

Yes, many churches do. Use it whole, or a part of it such as album.yourchurch.or.ke, so your website stays as it is. After you pay, your album shows you the record to add, and we can add it with you.

Can someone set it up for us?

Yes. On Done For You we design the album the way you want it, then organise and upload your photographs for you.
